Who exactly do we think we are anyway? 

We’re everything you’ve wanted in a local sports talk radio station. Real Talk. Real SPORTS Talk. 

We know what you want. We’ve heard you. We’ve worked for major media outlets in the Triad over the past decade. From Print to Radio/TV to Digital.  You deserve better kids. Much better. Your time is valuable.  

Tobacco Road Sports Radio was born due to necessity. No more begging an outlet to cover a top prep kid in the area. No more wondering what's going on at a local HBCU. No more trying to find a top High School Game of the week...or other live sports from OUR area.  From that gap in coverage, Tobacco Sports Radio was born in the Summer of 2020. 

We are locked and loaded with talent from the region stemming from well known media outlets such as Learfield sports, Netcast Sports, SportsCarolina Monthly, Bleav and more.  Plus live LOCAL sports streamed right to your hip. Pretty cool huh?

But how often do you hear anything coming out of North Carolina on those national outlets? Our focus IS North Carolina. We've got you covered homie.
